WANTED: Scenic Painter at Performing Arts Camp in the Berkshires
As the scenic painter you would work with our carpenter and other tech staff on building and painting the sets for all of the summer 2019 shows. Typically the scenic painter spends most of their work hours painting sets and props, but occasionally they will need to assist the carpenter in installing set pieces as needed. Two hours a day the scenic painter would also be responsible for co-teaching the tech theatre classes with the other tech staff. Usually this means leading campers in helping to work on the sets, and providing them with painting instruction and leading in the cleanup.

WANTED: Props Supervisor at Syracuse Stage
The Syracuse Stage Props Shop produces for both Syracuse Stage, working with professional house staff, designers and directors from nearby NYC and across the nation, and the SU Drama Department working with student and faculty designers. Supervisor leads a staff that includes props carpenter, props artisan, student intern labor, and occasional over-hire labor.

WANTED: Technical Director at Honolulu's Diamond Head Theatre
Diamond Head Theatre is a year-round, 500-seat community theatre in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a professional staff of 15. We are seeking a full-time Technical Director responsible for the operations of the DHT Scene Shop. The TD is also responsible for the supervision of employees (currently three) and volunteers who work here.

WANTED: Technical Director at Henry Street Settlement- Abrons Arts Center
The Technical Director is a middle level position that works directly in all performance and other production-related spaces of Abrons’ 40,000 square foot facility in Manhattan’s vibrant Lower East Side neighborhood. The position works closely with the Production Manager to determine technical needs of shows. The Technical Director will then be in charge of oversight, coordination, and implementation of those needs in the space, mostly during load in and strike. Imaginary Theatricals is producing its inaugural production: Cabaret. We are seeking a costume designer to design and build the show in a quick turnaround time.

WANTED: Production Stage Manager at Hudson Warehouse
Hudson Warehouse is looking for Stage Managers for their 16th Summer Season in Riverside Park. We rehearse and perform in Riverside Park, at Soldiers and Sailors Monument, 89th and Riverside. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to preparing schedules and daily calls, sending daily reports, work with other productions’ SMs to coordinate space managing show props and scenic elements, overseeing transport of show elements to and from performance space. As we are an outdoor theatre company, we not only work with a fantastic company, but also with the weather. Because of this a good-natured outlook, quick problem solving, and the ability to go with the flow are crucial.

Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine seeks Rehearsal Production Assistants for our production of 42ND STREET.. The Rehearsal Production Assistants support the Stage Management team and contribute to various production related tasks throughout rehearsals and tech. Ideal Candidate: Must be detail-oriented and remain focused in a fast paced working environment. Prior Run Crew, PA, or Stage Management experience is required.

WANTED: Lighting Shop Foreperson at The Public Theater
The lighting department is responsible for lighting all Public Theater productions and events. The department maintains a lighting shop with equipment and supplies, and work space to facilitate this work. In collaboration with the Lighting Supervisor, The Lighting Shop Foreperson is responsible for the organization of the lighting shop at Astor Place and at the Delacorte Theater and storage in our remote locations, as well supervising crews to complete related tasks. The Lighting Shop Foreperson reports to the Lighting Supervisor.
