In Apologia, a woman faces the repercussions of her past. In the 1960s, she was a radical activist and political protester. Now a celebrated art historian, the publication of her memoir threatens to split her family apart.

Channing, who won a Tony Award for her performance in A Day in the Death of Joe Egg in 1985, was last seen on Broadway in 2014 in It’s Only a Play. She was also Tony-nominated for her roles in Other Desert Cities (2012), Pal Joey (2009), The Lion in Winter (1999), Four Baboons Adoring the Sun (1992), Six Degrees of Separation (1991), and The House of Blue Leaves (1986).

The West End production of Apologia was helmed by Jamie Lloyd at Trafalgar Studios last fall.
