Disney's live-action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast will be released in movie theatres on March 17. Critics have begun to file their reviews of the new film, which stars Emma Watson and Dan Stevens in the title roles.

Among those joining the two on screen are Luke Evans as Gaston, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Josh Gad as LeFou, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, and Audra McDonald as Garderobe. Bill Condon directs the movie, which features the well-known songs by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, as well as a few new tunes from Menken and Tim Rice.
