News "Selected Shorts" and Neuwirth's Stories with a Piano to Play Mahaiwe Center Tony winners Bebe Neuwirth and Frances Sternhagen and Tony nominee Charles Keating will perform at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington, MA.

On July 11 Tony and Emmy winner Neuwirth (Addams Family, Chicago, Sweet Charity, "Cheers") will bring her solo evening, Stories with a Piano, to the Mahaiwe at 8 PM.

Stories with a Piano includes material from Kander and Ebb, Kurt Weill, Cole Porter, Stephen Sondheim and Tom Waitts, among others.

The Mahaiwe will also host the return of Symphony Space's "Selected Shorts" at 3 PM on July 12. The program will include “I Was Really Very Hungry” (from "As They Were" by M.F.K. Fisher) read by Frances Sternhagen (Seascape, Steel Magnolias, "Sex in the City"), “The Thrill of the Grass” (from "The Thrill of the Grass" by W.P. Kinsella) read by Symphony Space artistic director Isaiah Sheffer, and “The Adventure of a Reader” (from "Difficult Loves" by Italo Calvino) read by Charles Keating (Loot).
