The Riant Theatre's one-act festival of plays written or directed by women, My Souls Sings Too, Sister!, concludes its competition March 21, after running semi-finals March 18-19.

Entering the semi-finals are ten pieces: Allegro written and directed by Rachel Rubin Ladutke, That Was Then, This is Now, Live With It by Kim Husband, Winterkill written and directed by Denise Fleming, The Relative Body Writes by Hedda Sjogren, Country Karaoke by Lucy Tom Lehrer, Diamonds written and directed by Elaine Merredith Hazzard, My Elizabeth by Jennifer Sokolov, I Love You Forever by John Campo and Steven Green, Fighting With Mom written and directed by Judy Klass and In Memoriam by Ray L'Dera.

The first four will run beginning 7 PM on March 18. The second six run beginning 7 PM on March 19.

Four plays make it into the finals to be performed March 20-21. Audience and the Riant's judges vote on the plays, culminating in an award for best play, best director and best actress.
