LOS ANGELES -- Theatre 40 announced its next two productions: The Devil's Disciple, by George Bernard Shaw, and the West Coast premiere of Prin, by Andrew Davies. Shaw's classic melodrama opens Mar. 21 with performances Thu.-Sun. through May 3.
Prin is set to open Mar. 30 with performances Mon.- Wed. through April 29.
Clark Lewis is the director of The Devil's Disciple. He was recently involved with Theater Geo.
Harry Singleton stages Prin, which deals with a school teacher's battle against mediocrity in public education and in her private life. The London Daily Telegraph called Prin "a delightful and thought-provoking play."
