The 1963 Broadway musical She Loves Me is to receive another major revival, this time at London's Menier Chocolate Factory, hot on the heels of the recent Broadway outing produced by Roundabout Theatre Company at Studio 54.

The all-new London production of Joe Masteroff, Jerry Bock and Sheldon Harnick’s musical will begin performances November 25 prior to an official opening December 7, for a run through March 5.

It will be directed by Matthew White (who previously directed the Menier's hit revival of Little Shop of Horrors that subsequently transferred to the West End) and will star Scarlett Strallen as Amalia Balish. Strallen previously appeared at the Menier in White's production of Candide.

Strallen’s recent U.S. theatre credits include The Pirates of Penzance (Barrington Stage Company), A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder (Broadway's Walter Kerr Theater) and Macbeth (Park Avenue Armory, opposite Kenneth Branagh). She has also previously appeared in the West End and on Broadway in Mary Poppins. Other West End credits include A Chorus Line (London Palladium), Singin’ in the Rain (Chichester Festival Theatre and Palace Theatre) and Passion (Donmar Warehouse).

The production will be designed by Paul Farnsworth, with lightning by Paul Pyant and sound by Greg Clarke. Musical supervision is by Catherine Jayes with orchestrations by Jason Carr.

Further casting is still to be announced.
