PlayBlog Shindle, Miller, Cooper, Rooney and More to Sing at Benefit B-day Bash Kate Shindle, Lilli Cooper, Brian Charles Rooney and Kenita Miller will sing more than "Happy Birthday" to Marti Gould Cummings on July 18. The bash will also be a fundraiser.

Activist and "Broadway Speaks OUT" online talkshow host Cummings is putting his party to good use. His 23rd birthday party, to be held at 8 PM at VIG 27 (at 119 E. 27th Street in Manhattan), will feature performances from Broadway singers and also raise funds for Broadway in South Africa.

A dollar from each drink purchased will benefit the program that provides Broadway-themed workshops in child crisis centers, orphanages and schools in South Africa.

In addition to Shindle, Cooper, Rooney and Miller, Cummings' birthday will feature tunes performed by Adam Kantor, Frankie James Grande, Courtney Reed, Sean Bradford, Emma Hunton and Ryan O'Connor.

The party is open to all. So check it out and help a good cause.
