The concert will be held in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and W. 44th and 45th Streets.
Here's how the event is billed: "The free outdoor concert in the heart of the theatre district will celebrate Broadway with star appearances and exciting performances from new shows and long-running favorites, to add to the festivities leading up to the Tony Awards."

After a successful run in the iconic cow-shaped Udderbelly, the piece will play Underbelly’s largest venue at the Fringe, the grand McEwan Hall.
The new musical features a book by Beth Malone and Mary Ann Stratton, with music by Emily Saliers of the Indigo Girls.
The one-night-only event will feature seven short plays written by NYC students in 24 hours.
Lissette Feliciano is set to write and direct.
