The show, which has already been recorded and will be broadcast on ITV1 on March 31 at 6:30 PM (UK time), will be hosted by Michael Ball and will feature the world premiere of "Theme from Stephen Ward," from Lloyd Webber's latest musical now in development, performed by classical guitarist Miloš Karadaglić.

Ball will perform the show's finale "Love Changes Everything" with Il Divo and pupils from London's Highbury Grove School. Lloyd Webber visited the school last year to commend the once-failing school for putting music at the core of its curriculum and inspiring a new generation to fulfill their potential and enjoy the arts.

The concert will also include appearances by Nicole Scherzinger, Sierra Boggess, Denise Van Outen, Kimberley Walsh, Melanie C, Myleene Klass, Il Divo and Tim Minchin to perform songs from such shows as Cats, The Phantom of the Opera, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar and Tell Me On A Sunday.

Samantha Barks, recently seen as Eponine in the film version of "Les Miserables," and who was a finalist on Lloyd Webber's "I'd Do Anything" in 2008, will also appear.

Friends including Sir Michael Caine, Sir Alex Ferguson and Simon Cowell will share their insights into the man behind the music.
