News Sirius Satellite Radio: Once Around the Sun Team on "Radio Playbill" The creators of the new Off-Broadway musical Once Around the Sun join host Robert Viagas on the Aug. 31-Sept. 9 edition of "Radio Playbill" to play samples from the show and discuss the obstacles—and unexpected help—they got on the road to opening night. Guests are Robert and Steven Morris, Joe Shane and Kellie Overbey. "Radio Playbill's" CD of the Week is "Sondheim Sings, Volume 1," a collection of Stephen Sondheim's original demo tapes for shows that have gone on to become classics. Then, test your knowledge in the weekly Playbill Quiz.

"Radio Playbill," a news and entertainment magazine show of theatrical interviews, features and music, is broadcast multiple times each week on Sirius Satellite Radio's Play by Play, Sirius 125.

A new 30-minute show debuts each Wednesday, with rebroadcasts throughout the following two weeks. Here is the schedule (all times are Eastern): New show Wednesday, Aug. 31 and Friday Sept. 2, both at 8 AM. Rebroadcasts continue following the ensuing week's new show: Wednesday Sept. 7 and Friday Sept. 9, both at 8:30 AM.

All the excitement and glamour of the American theatre scene comes across in "Radio Playbill," the first radio project from the creators of Broadway's distinctive programs, and Playbill On-Line, the home of theatre on the internet. The program reflects Playbill's unique access and knowledge of the world of Broadway, broadcasting from Sirius' midtown Manhattan studios overlooking Times Square.
