Peter Flynn directs Anthony Shaffer's psychological thriller, which will play Maltz Jupiter through Dec. 14. Jacoby plays Andrew Wyke with Jeremy Webb as Milo Tindle, Stanley Rushton as Inspector Doppler, Robin Mayfield as Detective Sergeant Tarrant and Liam McNutly as Police Constable Higgs.

Sleuth, according to press notes, "is a play set in the Wiltshire, England manor house of Andrew Wyke. . . Wyke, who is obsessed with deceptions of fiction, games and game-playing, lures Tindle to the manor in order to stage a robbery of his wife's jewelry. The spiral of events that occur after the staged robbery leave the audience baffled and trying to figure out where Wyke's imagination ends and reality begins."

The production features set and costume designs by Michael Bottari and Ronald Case.

Mark Jacoby has been seen on Broadway in Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, Ragtime, Show Boat, Grand Hotel, The Phantom of the Opera and Sweet Charity. He was Tony-nominated for his performance in Show Boat.
