Cabaret & Concert News Smash’s Megan Hilty Will Be Your Star in Provincetown August 6 The Tony-nominated actor will perform with Seth Rudetsky in the Cape Cod resort town.

Tony nominee for Noises Off and star of TV’s Smash Megan Hilty will make a special concert appearance in the Cape Cod resort community of Provincetown August 6, accompanied by Seth Rudetsky.

Hilty made her Broadway debut as a replacement Glinda in the long-running Wicked. She co-starred in Dolly Parton’s 2009 musical 9 to 5 and achieved wide acclaim for creating the role of Ivy Lynn on NBC's Smash. She returned to Broadway in 2016 as Brooke Ashton in the Roundabout Theater Company’s revival of Noises Off, a role that earned her a Tony Award nomination.

After Provincetown Hilty will be en route to London for concerts at Club 11 London and at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square September 6 and 7. Click here for tickets.

Hilty is one of a flock of Broadway stars winging their way to Provincetown in the coming weeks. Provincetown’s Art House and Town Hall will play host to concerts by Tony Award winners Faith Prince and Sutton Foster, plus Melissa Errico, Ana Gasteyer, Christine Pedi, Beth Malone, and others.

Many will appear as part of the seventh season of the Massachusetts resort town’s “Broadway @ The Art House” series organized by Artistic Director Mark Cortale and Playbill columnist Seth Rudetsky. Several will appear as separate concert attractions.

Here are Broadway-related highlights of the season. Rudetsky serves as host and pianist except where otherwise noted:

August 6: Megan Hilty

August 13: Sutton Foster: Two-time Tony-winning star of Thoroughly Modern Millie and Anything Goes. Michael Rafter will serve as pianist.

August 20–21: Beth Malone: Broadway star of Ring of Fire and Tony nominee forFun Home, makes her Art House debut.

August 25–26: Faith Prince: Tony Award winner for Guys and Dolls, and co-star of A Man of No Importance and Disaster!

September 3: Jessie Mueller: Tony winner for Beautiful and original star of Broadway's Waitress.

September 9: Ana Gasteyer: Star of Saturday Night Live and Broadway’sWicked.

Also appearing there this summer: Varla Jean Merman in Bad Heroine, Jinkx Monsoon, Randy Roberts, Bob the Drag Queen, The Atomic Bombshells, Marilyn Maye, Marisol Montalvo in Mad Scene, Ben Rimalower in Patti Issues, the team of Unitard in Tard Core!, and many other attractions.
