News Soho Rep Announces Cast and Creative Team for Sixty Miles to Silver Lake Joseph Adams and Dane DeHaan will star in the world premiere of Dan LeFranc's Sixty Miles to Silver Lake Off-Broadway at Soho Rep.

Anne Kauffman (God's Ear) directs the co-production with Page 73 Productions that was originally to have begun performances in November. Soho Rep postponed Silver Lake in order to extend the U.S. premiere of Sarah Kane's Blasted.

Sixty Miles to Silver Lake will now begin performances Jan. 15, 2009, and officially open Off-Broadway Jan. 22, 2009. The engagement will continue through Feb. 8, 2009.

Adams, who appeared in the MTC revival of Come Back, Little Sheba, will star as the father, Ky, while recent American Buffalo company member DeHaan will portray his son, Denny.

"A moving car. A father and son. The father drives. The son's face is pressed against the rolled up window," state press notes for Silver Lake. "A lifetime can pass in the sixty miles between a boy's soccer practice and his father's new apartment."
