Solstice in Time Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga, presented by Aerie, returns to the theatre district June 21 to celebrate the northern hemisphere's longest day of the year.

The event, co-founded by Douglass Stewart and Times Square Alliance President Tim Tompkins, will include free yoga classes held at multiple times throughout the day. Register here; spots are still available for select sessions through 4:30 PM, offering theatregoers a unique pre-show opportunity.

Solstice in Times Square partners with Bent on Learning and Exhale to Inhale—two yoga-related charities that provide classes to New York City public school students and survivors of domestic violence and assault. Those who attend a free session have the option of donating to both organizations upon registration.
