Entitled Betty Buckley: Signature Songs, the fundraiser will be held in The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center to support the Legacy Program in honor of Horton Foote. Michael Wilson, who directed Old Friends, also directs the concert, which is subtitled An Evening of Music.
Attendees can expect to hear an eclectic mix of musical theatre favorites, including "As If We Never Said Goodbye," "Memory," "Corner of the Sky" and a "Sweeney Todd Suite" as well as "Over You" from the award-winning film "Tender Mercies."
Although Platinum level seats are sold out, there are still a few $75 concert-only tickets available. To purchase tickets and for more information, call (646) 388-8118 or email [email protected] (for the $75 ticket offer, mention code BB75).
The evening will begin with cocktails at 6:30 PM followed by the 7:30 PM concert.
The Old Friends, which co-stars Hallie Foote and Lois Smith, was recently extended through Oct. 20. The Pershing Square Signature Center is located at 480 West 42nd Street.
