MAC Award winner Bond serves as the director of programming at 54 Below and also hosts the acclaimed series that ran for several years at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Bond confirmed to Playbill.com that Sondheim Unplugged will enjoy an ongoing run at 54 Below.

The return engagement of Sondheim Unplugged reunites previous regulars including Claybourne Elder (Road Show), Sarah Rice (Sweeney Todd) and Marni Nixon (Follies). Also featured during the 7 PM concert are Kristy Cates, Lorinda Lisitza, Rob Maitner, Lucia Spina, Jessica Vosk and Stephen Wallem.

Joshua Stephen Kartes is musical director.

Sondheim Unplugged earned a 2011 Bistro Award for Outstanding Cabaret Series and was nominated for a 2011 MAC Award.
