Hosted by Nick Westrate, the event will benefit Facing PageProductions' Company's Marathon 2014, a three-plus day non-stop reading of Shakespeare's canon, which will take place in the spring.
Sonnet Karaoke will also feature the unveiling of the the 2014 Marathon's reading order, which has been selected by Obie Award-winning actress Kate Mulgrew.
Readers for Sonnet Karaoke include Gerry Bamman, Robert Beitzel, Marva Hicks, Saycon Sengbloh, Joey Slotnick, Samantha Soule and Frank Wood. More artists will be announced at a later date.
Attendees may read their favorite sonnet for a small donation.
