Sons of Don Juan stars former Jekyll & Hyde star Robert Cuccioli, who was nominated for a Tony Award for his double role in Frank Wildhorn's Broadway musical. Sons of Don Juan marks Cuccioli's first major stage role since his summer appearance opposite Dana Reeve in Enter the Guardsman at the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival.

Playwright PiRoman, who arrived in the United States in one of the first waves of Cuban immigrants to escape the Castro regime 38 years ago, has crafted a story that explores the nature of the American Dream. The play, directed by Amy Gonzalez, deals with the aspirations of a Cuban immigrant, Guillermo Galiano (Guille), who runs a New Jersey hair salon but wants to own his own nightclub.

Starring in the show are Cuccioli, Christine Avila, Erica Schroeder, Mari Esther Magaloni, Colman Domingo, Gendell Hernandez, Julian Lopez Morillas and the show's musical director, Billy Philadelphia, who also appears as piano player Otto Barnet.

The production team for the show includes set designer Eric E.Sinkkonen, costume designer Meg Neville, lighting designer Derek Duarte and sound designer Jeff Mokus. Production notes indicate that free discussions with the artists follow matinee performances on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets for Sons of Don Juan range $17 - $35. The San Jose Repertory Theatre is located at 101 Paseo de San Antonio in San Jose, California. For tickets or information call (408) 367-7255 or visit www.sjrep.com.
