The fellows for The Tank's 2023—2024 Producers Cohort have been revealed. Spencer Armstrong, Jay Délise, and Alejandra Venancio will be the inaugural class for the Off-Broadway theatre company's fellowship program, which aims to support early career theatrical producers who have traditionally been excluded from producing opportunities.

It has also been announced that George Strus has joined as the Producers Cohort Facilitator. Strus will lead the fellows through their program, which begins this month.

Funded by a grant from the Mellon Foundation, the program will provide renewable annual fellowships, awarding $15,000 and funding for professional development to participants.

The fellows will also participate in regular career development meetings and practicum discussions with mentor practitioners. Fellows will have hands-on experience producing at The Tank, and will be matched with projects designed to introduce them to long-term collaborators.
