The nominees for Best Feature include "50/50," "Beginners," "Drive," "Take Shelter," "The Artist" and "The Descendants."

The Robert Altman Award, which is presented to the director, casting director and acting ensemble, went to J.C. Chandor's "Margin Call," which stars stage actors Zachary Quinto (Angels in America), Stanley Tucci (Lend Me a Tenor) and Kevin Spacey (A Moon for the Misbegotten). The film is also nominated for Best First Feature and Best First Screenplay.

In the Best Male Lead category, Woody Harrelson (The Rainmaker) is nominated for his performance in "Rampart," and Michael Shannon (Ambassador) is nominated for "Take Shelter."

In the Best Female Lead category, Lauren Ambrose (Exit the King) is nominated for "Think of Me," Elizabeth Olsen (Impressionism) is nominated for "Martha Marcy May Marlene," and Michelle Williams received a nomination for "My Week with Marilyn."

Other stage actors who received nominations include John Hawkes (The 24 Hour Plays) for Best Supporting Male in "Martha Marcy May Marlene"; Christopher Plummer (Inherit the Wind) for Best Supporting Male in "Beginners"; John C. Reilly (A Streetcar Named Desire) for Best Supporting Male in "Cedar Rapids"; Corey Stoll (A View from the Bridge) for Best Supporting Male in "Midnight in Paris"; Anjelica Huston (Hamlet) for Best Supporting Female in "50/50"; and Janet McTeer (God of Carnage) for Best Supporting Female in "Albert Nobbs."
