News Stamford, CT, "Green Room" Series Continues w/ Marlo Thomas, Feb. 6 The Stamford Center for the Arts continues its new interview series, titled "The Green Room," in which theatre and entertainment artists are quizzed about their art and careers. The program, which began in January of this year at the Connecticut center, has already featured such talents as actor-playwright-director Alan Arkin, actress-playwright screenwriter Elaine May (both to be featured in Broadway upcoming Taller than a Dwarf, as director and playwright, respectively).

The Stamford Center for the Arts continues its new interview series, titled "The Green Room," in which theatre and entertainment artists are quizzed about their art and careers. The program, which began in January of this year at the Connecticut center, has already featured such talents as actor-playwright-director Alan Arkin, actress-playwright screenwriter Elaine May (both to be featured in Broadway upcoming Taller than a Dwarf, as director and playwright, respectively). On Feb. 6, television and stage actress Marlo Thomas (The Shadow Box) will be the guest. As usual, producer Julian Schlossberg will be the host.

Stamford's 1999-2000 season will include four "Green Room" programs, all in the Rich Forum. Each show will be taped and then aired on Connecticut Public Television. Call (203) 325-4466 for information.
