News Star Choreographers Stroman, Bourne, Mitchell, Jones to Appear on Times Panel Acclaimed Broadway choreographers Susan Stroman, Matthew Bourne, Jerry Mitchell and Bill T. Jones will discuss their work at a Times Talks panel on March 19 at 6:30 PM at The New School's Tishman Auditorium.

Stroman, a five-time Tony winner, directed and choreographed Broadway's Contact and The Producers and has started working on the upcoming Young Frankenstein.

Bourne won two Tony Awards for directing and choreographing Broadway's Swan Lake, and he also co-directed and choreographed the current Mary Poppins. His latest dance work Edward Scissorhands, an adaptation of the film, is touring the U.S. and arrives at the Brooklyn Academy of Music on March 14.

Mitchell, the choreographer of Hairspray and a Tony winner for La Cage aux Folles, is making his Broadway directorial debut with Legally Blonde (which he also choreographs) when the show begins previews at the Palace Theatre April 3.

Jones, who has his own famed dance company, made his Broadway debut choreographing Spring Awakening and also choreographed The Seven at New York Theatre Workshop last year.
