Steel Magnolias, which serves up equal parts comedy and tragedy and which the director, Michael Lehr, calls "a celebration of friendship," features Erika Bowman, Stephanie Cohen, Liz Hoffman, Betsy Newberry, Paula Ralph, Lynanne Rockhill and Tenison Tompkins.
Performances are Thu.-Sat. at 8 PM and Sun. at 3 PM at the Riant Theatre, 161 Hudson St., 4th floor. For tickets, $15, call (212) 925-8353.
