Peter Straughan's play Bones, set in 1960's Gateshead, opens at the Hampstead Theatre March 22.

The play focuses on two brothers, Benny and Reuben, who run a seedy cinema and owe money to a local gangster.

A black comedy (like Straughan's earlier play Cold), Bones is directed by Max Roberts, designed by John Hudson and has a cast that includes David Cardy, Trevor Fox, Michael Hodgson, Jonathan Slinger and Deka Walmsley.
