The Marketing Associate plays an important role in supporting Studio Theatre’s marketing efforts, focusing on direct response, audience segmentation and digital presence. S/he will work across all of Studio Theatre’s digital platforms, including website management and email marketing. This includes routine web updates to Studio’s website as well as larger updates to optimize user experience. They will support the execution of all institutional communications.

PRODUCING APPRENTICE, Eugene O'Neill Theater Center
The apprentice is responsible for day-to-day operational support in the Producing and Business offices, assists with the planning and execution of professional residencies, maintains records of conference works, facilitates hiring of 40 plus summer staff, creates union contracts and letters of agreement, provides logistical support for the National Directors Fellowship, and during the summer season serves as Intern Coordinator. This position also supports the National Theater Institute, with apprentice duties that include student on-call responsibilities, transportation support, and other duties as assigned.

DEVELOPMENT APPRENTICE, Eugene O'Neill Theater Center
The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s Development Apprentice, reporting to the Director of Development, is responsible for day-to-day operational support, ensuring seamless operation of activities, mailings, communications, and business functions within the department. In addition, they will be responsible for oversight of a broad series of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship programs, particularly Annual Fund and Membership, to inform and engage existing donors and prospects, encourage sustained and increased giving, and broaden the organization’s circle of supporters.
This position also supports the National Theater Institute, with apprentice duties that include student on-call responsibilities, transportation support, and other duties as assigned.

BOX OFFICE MANAGER, Children's Musical Theater San Jose (CMT)
CMT seeks a skilled, dynamic, friendly individual for this full time position. The box office manager oversees all ticket sales and event programming for the organization. The primary areas of responsibility include event programming and ticket sales, providing outstanding customer service to patrons for CMT events, and financial tracking, reporting, and box office operations at the theater during events.

Position will require 20-40 hours per week. Provide general administrative support for all aspects of document management including data entry and scanning. Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER | PART-TIME, Stella Adler Studio of Acting
The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York is seeking a part-time on-site Graphic Designer/Content Manager to oversee the graphic and digital needs of both the Stella Adler Studio of Acting (NYC) and Art of Acting Studio (LA). The qualified applicant will be an extremely organized, self-motivated, creative individual who can multi-task and take initiative. Key responsibilities include developing professional, compelling designs for printed media, including direct mail, brochures in perfect bind, flyers, presentation materials and large-format pieces; overseeing print production with vendors and mailing houses; producing digital content for web media including HTML5 animated ads; and maintaining company website on the Wordpress platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, excellent team leadership and a basic knowledge of facilities and custodial duties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning chemical management and safety & security. The ideal candidate will positively, professionally and constructively improve the Facility operation by encouraging team cohesion and morale along with reinforcing the policies and procedures.

COMPANY MANAGER, Gateway Playhouse
Meet and greet incoming designers, performers, crew and apprentices. Provide tours of facilities, assign and track keys, provides welcome packet including phone lists, “rules of the house,” rehearsals schedules, area maps, and local attractions. Serves as liaison between company and theatre administration. First emergency responder for company. Coordinate logistics for company extracurricular activities (rafting trip, Six Flags trips, parties, etc.).

This is a full-time position responsible for the management of research for the entire A.C.T. Development department, with specific emphasis on overall prospect management and prospects related to board, major gifts, corporate, foundations, the Committee of Trustees and Governance (COTG) and Development committees, and any additional fundraising and/or capital campaigns as needed. Management of these activities includes: prospect research, database analysis, project management and gift strategy. The Development Research and Prospect Manager (DRPM) is also responsible for leading the Development team regarding standards for donor information related to prospect management and the maintenance of a moves management system in Tessitura.
