Directed by Amy Saltz, performances will continue through June 22.

The cast features Laura Woodward, Pascale Armand, Bruch Reed and Chris Thorn.

"A collection of quirky, slightly twisted and darkly comic short plays," Love/Sick, according to press notes, "takes place on a Friday night in an alternate suburban reality. From a bride-to-be whose cold feet (literally) are holding up her marriage, to a career-minded couple who realize they have forgotten to have a baby, this brand new play takes a charming and entertaining look at some of our deeper anxieties about love, family and relationships."

The design team includes Michael Schweikardt (scenic designer), Harry Nadal (costume designer), Mary Jo Dondlinger (lighting designer) and Fitz Patton (sound designer) with casting by McCorkle Casting, Ltd. Michael Lenaghan is production manager, and Kate J. Cudworth is production stage manager.

TheaterWorks is located at City Arts on Pearl - 233 Pearl Street, Hartford. Visit theaterworkshartford.org.
