* There are going to be Hard Feelings when seeing through Saint Lucy's Eyes at Women's Project & Productions in 2000-01. Both plays will have their world premieres with the Off-Broadway company in the coming season.

Neena Beber's Feelings kicked off the year with performances beginning Oct. 11. Maria Mileaf directed this tale of a woman whose profession is dying at the same time her grandmother is, and she finds herself in a deep identity crisis. The answer to all of her problems comes, however, in a pair of magical pink bunny slippers and hypnosis. Hard Feelings ran through Nov. 4.

Leaving Queens, a musical about tired news photographer Megan Grant, who follows the path of the broken dreams of Irish immigrants from Ellis Island to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, will play Feb. 22, 2001-March 18. Kate Moira Ryan wrote the book and lyrics with Kim D. Sherman providing the music. A co-production with Portland Stage Company, Queens was commissioned and developed by the WPPA.

Saint Lucy's Eyes will open in April, running the 9th through the 29th. Bridgette A. Wimberly wrote this story of two women bound together by a pact made on a stormy Memphis night. Twelve years later, the younger one returns to pay back the woman who helped her as a desperate teenager.

Willa Cather's O, Pioneers! comes to New York City for the first time in the form of Darrah Cloud's play with music version of the classic novel. Running May 2-13, this co-production with the Acting Company will feature music by Queens' Sherman.

For the box office, call (212) 239-6200. The Women's Project & Productions Theatre (formerly Theatre Four) is located at 424 West 55th Street.
