News Sutton Foster Does the Lambeth Walk in Pittsburgh CLO's Me and My Girl in Summer Pittsburgh CLO's summer season includes Tony Award winner Sutton Foster starring opposite James Brennan in Me and My Girl, Aug. 3-8 at the Benedum Center.

The Noel Gay-scored musical comedy about a Cockney (Brennan) who inherits a fortune and alienates his girl (Foster) was a Broadway smash in the 1980s under Mike Ockrent's direction. The summer stock revival will mark Foster's first full musical performance since leaving Thoroughly Modern Millie Feb. 15. In the fall she begins rehearsals for the new Broadway-bound musical, Little Women. Foster, the 2002 Tony-winner for Best Actress in a Musical, played Nellie Forbush in the 2001 CLO production of South Pacific. Brennan, also known as a director and choreographer, is a veteran of productions of 42nd Street, Me and My Girl and Crazy for You.

The CLO season includes The King and I starring Sandy Duncan (kicking off its national tour in Pittsburgh) June 15-20, plus 1776 June 25-July 3, The Music Man July 6-18, Hello, Dolly! July 20 Aug. 1 and Dreamgirls Aug. 10-22.
