Ann Hampton Callaway, Everett Bradley and members of The Gotham City Gates -- all from the cast of Broadway's Swing! -- performed for a crowd of 100 fans who had braved the east coast snow storm on Jan. 25 to help celebrate the release of the Swing! cast album at Tower Records (Broadway and West 66th Street). The Swing! album is on Sony Classical Records.

At the Tower Records performance, Callaway sang "Bounce Me Brother (With A Solid Four)," before introducing her co-star, Everett Bradley. Together Callaway and Bradley sang the show arrangement of "All Of Me." Callaway also introduced members of show's band, The Gotham City Gates. On hand from the group were music director Jonathan Smith on keyboard, Douglas Oberhamer on trumpet, Scott Neumannon drums and Conrad Korsch on bass. For those who braved the weather for the relatively informal performance, there was an unexpected treat. At the end of the show, Callaway surprised everyone, including Everett and the band, by improvising lyrics celebrating the Swing! CD. The title of their impromptu finale? "Tower Power."
