Obituaries Tab Baker, Chicago Stage Actor, Dies Tab Baker, a Chicago stage actor, died in his Chicago home Aug. 9, after suffering a heart attack. He was 50.

Mr. Baker appeared at many of the leading Chicago houses during his 30-year career, including the Chicago Theatre Company, Northlight Theatre, Goodman Theatre, Pegasus Players and the old Wisdom Bridge Theatre. He also taught acting at Columbia College and the Act One Studios.

TV and film credits included "Prison Break," "Cupid," "E/R" and "Early Edition."

Terrence Alonzo Baker was born in Chicago and was a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee.
