Summerford will sing lead vocals for a new band formed by musician-producer Jeffrey Dodich. The concert, which is scheduled for 6 PM at Avalon, will be recorded live. The band also features Nunzio Signore on guitar, Oliver Hofer on bass, Jon Solo on keyboards, Chris Jago on drums and guitar and Eliel Nunez on percussion. Oran ‘Juice’ Jones, Angela Williams and Rosangel Perez will be special guest vocalists. On Broadway Denise Summerford has been seen in Taboo, The Rocky Horror Show and Saturday Night Fever. The singer-actress was also part of the touring casts of Grease!, The Who's Tommy and Company. Summerford's other theatre credits include Caligula and Andru's Head.
