The Pheasant Run Theatre at the St. Charles, IL Pheasant Run Resort opens its Cabaret Tour of Broadway, showcasing the music of currently running Broadway shows, Aug. 8. Songs will be performed from Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Rent, The Phantom of the Opera, Sunset Boulevard, The King and I, Grease! and Annie.

Tenor Tom Hennings returns to Pheasant Run Theatre, where he played both Nathan Detroit and Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls. Jesse Kazemek makes his Pheasant Run debut and joins Jeff R. Jones, fresh from the national tour of Showboat, Seattle soprano Kari Ragan, Lara Filip, who played the Mistress in the national tour of Evita, Joe Garbe and Marlene Flood.

Dancing ballet, tap, jazz and modern are Micah Ornstein, Tom Williams, Laura Strimer, Laura Gaona and Jeff Rausa, led by choreographer Brenda Didier.

Pheasant Run resident Director of Entertainment Diana. L. Martinez wrote, produced, directed and designed the revue. Scott Stevenson, arranger and keyboardist with the Latin cabaret band Samba Bamba, provides musical direction. Costumes are by Matthew Guthier.

Cabaret Tour of Broadway runs through Oct. 26. Dinner and cabaret times are Thursdays and Fridays at 7:00/8:15 PM, Saturdays at 4:00/5:15 PM and 8:30/9:45 PM and Sundays at 12:30/2:15 PM.
