News Take Me Out Plays "Tuesdays at 7" on March 11, 18 & 25 Before Returning to 8 PM
Take Me Out, Richard Greenberg's provocative new play about baseball, celebrity, race, homophobia, ego and friendship, plays "Tuesdays at 7" performances March 11, but remains at that hour for only three weeks.

Following March 18 and 25 7 PM performances of the play at the Walter Kerr Theatre, the schedule will begin 8 PM Tuesday performances for its open run. "Tuesdays at 7" is a marketing campaign that has taken hold this season as a way to encourage businesspeople and families come to an early curtain. The adult themes in Take Me Out take away the possibility of a kid market for the show, though grown-ups have been cheering the work since its New York debut at The Public Theater in 2002. The Broadway transfer opened Feb. 27.

Tickets ($20-$80) are available via Telecharge at (212) 239-6200 or (800) 432-7250.

The Walter Kerr is at 219 W. 48th St.
