LOS ANGELES -- The 60's aren't just back on TV. Michael Weller's play about a college kids during that era will be revived at the Candlefish Theatre in Hollywood Mar. 5 for a six-week run. The director is Howard Fine. The year is 1965 and the conservative mores of the Eisenhower era begin to give way to the liberal, Haight Ashbury philosophies. Weller examines what it was like to come of age at a time filled with social and personal conflict stemming from the controversial war in Viet Nam.
