The reading of Joseph L. Mankiewicz's 1950 backstage drama is directed by Emmy winner John Erman. Show time is 7:30 PM. Bening and Russell will be joined onstage by Tony Award winner Brian Bedford as Addison DeWitt, Tony nominee Peter Gallagher as Bill, four-time Tony winner Angela Lansbury as Birdie, Tony winner Cynthia Nixon as Karen, Emmy nominee John Slattery as Lloyd, four-time Tony winner Zoe Caldwell as Chief Prompter, Oscar and Tony winner Joel Grey as Max Fabian, Jennifer Tilly (The Women) as Ms. Caswell, Jessica Cummings as Phoebe, Maura Lisabeth Malloy and Victor Joel Ortiz. Award-winning vocalist and musician Steve Ross is the Pianist.

The 1950 film "All About Eve" was written and directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz, based on the short story "The Wisdom of Eve" by Mary Orr. The motion picture starred Bette Davis as Channing, the prominent yet aging Broadway star, and Anne Baxter as Eve Harrington, a willingly helpful young fan who insinuates herself into Channing's life.

The film was nominated for 14 Academy Awards and won six, including Best Picture.
