News "The After Party" Welcomes Mosher and Boswell July 27 "The After Party," billed as "an informal social gathering for the theatrically inclined," welcomes performers Susan Mosher and John Boswell July 27.

Mosher and Boswell — who both starred in the long-running L.A. cult hit Cashino — will be on hand to greet fans and perform a few songs, including a duet.

Hosted by Brandon Cutrell and Alysha Umphress, "The After Party" at the Laurie Beechman Theatre features Ray Fellman at the piano. Cabaret favorite Lisa Asher is also part of the "Party" mix, where amateurs and professionals are invited to take turns at the open mic. The "Party" begins at 10:30 PM and continues to 2 AM.

Susan Mosher, who currently plays the Female Authority Figure in Broadway's Hairspray, made her stage debut in the West Coast premiere of Godspell. She has been seen Off-Broadway in Suds and Back to Bacharach and David, and her screen credits include "Without a Trace," "Three Sisters," "Snoops," "Veronica's Closet," "The L Word," "A View From the Top," "The Wedding Planner" and "Lost Souls."

John Boswell has served as musical director for Judy Collins, Andy Williams, Bob Newhart and John Davidson, and his solo CDs are titled "The Painter," "Kindred Spirits," "Festival of the Heart," "Count Me In," "Trust" and "Reflections of John Boswell." He has worked on the New York productions of Liza! Stepping Out in Radio City, The Secret Garden, Crazy for You and The Kathy & Mo Show: Parallel Lives.

The Laurie Beechman Theatre is located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street. There is no cover charge or minimum for "The After Party."
