News "The Best of the Tony Awards—The Plays" Set for May DVD Release; Fierstein Hosts Key scenes from 19 legendary Broadway plays will be seen on the upcoming DVD "The Best of the Tony Awards—The Plays."

Acorn Media will release the new DVD May 1 as part of its Broadway's Lost Treasures Collection. Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein, most recently on Broadway in the revival of Fiddler on the Roof, hosts the 65-minute recording, which features performances by Morgan Freeman, Len Cariou, Joan Allen, Annette Bening, Maggie Smith, Gary Sinise and James Earl Jones, among others.
