The previously announced London return of The Donkey Show, an immersive disco show that puts the audience at the center of the party, has announced casting for the run that will begin performances June 9 at Proud Camden, a north London club, and continue through August 21.
Vikki Stone (Oberon/Mia) will be joined by Siobhan Athwal (Dmitri/Vinnie), Bronté Barbé (Helen/Vinnie), Melissa Bayern (Tytania/Sander), Natalie Chua (Disco Girl), Samuel Fogell (DJ Hernando/Cobweb), James Gillan (Lady Puck), Dominique Kinisky (Peaseblossom), Nyron Levy (Moth), Adrian Martel (Mustardseed), Harry Morley (Fidget) and Jessica Spalis (Rico Suave).
Stone is a comedian, best known for her original comedy songs. Her TV credits include The John Bishop Show (BBC One), The Now Show (BBC Radio 4) and I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here….Now (ITV2). She has previously appeared onstage at Theatr Clwyd, Theatre Severen, Riverside Studios, Upstairs at the Gatehouse and in Punchdrunk's A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Originally created and conceived by Randy Weiner and Diane Paulus, this new production will be directed by Ryan McBryde, designed by Diego Pitarch and choreographed by Lucy Ridley. The show will be produced by Simon Friend, Jacob Wagen, Oli Sones and Adam Paulden in association with Dan Looney and Jason Haigh-Ellery, and executive-produced by Alex Proud.
