* Nine (1982 -- 732 performances) Musical starring Raul Julia, Karen Akers and Liliane Montevecchi. Songs include "My Husband Makes Movies," "Simple," "A Call From the Vatican," "Folies Bergere," "Be Italian." Tony Awards included Best Musical, Best Score.

* Phantom (Written mid 1980s, debuted 1991 Theatre Under the Stars, Houston) Score includes: "Melodie de Paris," "Home," "You Are My Own," "The Opera's Been Invaded by a Phantom."

* 1-2-3-4-5 a.k.a. History Loves Company (1987, Off Broadway). Score includes "New Words." * Goya (1986 -- recording). Concept album for a musical, starring Placido Domingo, Dionne Warwick and Gloria Estefan.

* Grand Hotel (1989 -- 1077 performances) Musical starring David Carroll, Liliane Montevecchi, Karen Akers, with about half the score by Wright & Forrest. Yeston's songs include: "Love Can't Happen."

* December Songs (1991 -- Carnegie Hall). Song cycle performed by Andrea Marcovicci

* Titanic (1997) Musical starring John Cunningham, Michael Cerveris, David Garrison, Victoria Clark and Judith Blazer.
