News THE SCREENING ROOM: Alice Ripley Performs "When There's No One" from Carrie (Video) The Balagan Theatre-Seattle Theatre Group co-production of the cult musical Carrie, starring Tony winner Alice Ripley, begins performances Oct. 11. Ripley recently performed a song from the musical on "New Day Northwest."

As previously reported, Louis Hobson (Next to Normal) directs the production, which will utilize the revised script featured in the 2012 Off-Broadway MCC run.

The cast will also feature Kendra Kassebaum (Wicked, Leap of Faith) as Lynn Gardner and Keaton Whittaker (A Little Night Music) as Carrie.
