News THE SCREENING ROOM: Celebrating The Bodyguard With Heather Headley, Jennifer Hudson and Whitney Houston (Video) The London musical The Bodyguard, based on the 1992 Warner Bros. film of the same name that starred the late Whitney Houston, is gearing up for its official opening night Dec. 5.

Playbill.com has put together a collection of performances (of various songs) by Houston, Jennifer Hudson, and Tony Award winner Heather Headley, who stars in the London production of the new musical.
