News THE SCREENING ROOM: Charlotte Parry and Roundabout Creatives Discuss Look Back in Anger (Video) John Osborne's Look Back in Anger, directed by Sam Gold, will begin Off-Broadway previews Jan. 13, prior to an official opening Feb. 2, at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre.

The play, which will have a limited engagement through April 8, features Charlotte Parry as Helena, Adam Driver as Cliff, Sarah Goldberg as Allison and Matthew Rhys as Jimmy. Here, the cast and Roundabout creatives discuss the upcoming production.

Look Back in Anger, according to Roundabout, "is often regarded as a pivotal theatrical work of the last century. It is a shocking and vibrant drama about four people struggling to live together and love each other in 1950s England."

Osborne's play premiered in 1956 at the Royal Court Theatre in London. In 1957, Look Back in Anger opened on Broadway and was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Play.
