News THE SCREENING ROOM: Hugh Jackman Visits "The View" (Video) Tony Award winner Hugh Jackman opened his solo show, Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, Nov. 10, following previews that began Oct. 25, at the Broadhurst Theatre.

Jackman is playing a limited engagement through Jan. 1, 2012. The show includes an 18-piece orchestra and features the stage and screen star performing a personal selection of his favorite musical numbers that reflect on his life and career.

In honor of his return to Broadway, Jackman visited the ladies of "The View" to talk about his concert, which features classics such as “Luck By a Lady,” “Singin’ in the Rain” and “I’ve Got Rhythm.”

Jackman won a Tony Award for his work in the Broadway musical The Boy From Oz. He has also been seen on Broadway in A Steady Rain and is known for his film roles in the "X-Men" trilogy, "Someone Like You," "Swordfish," "Kate and Leopold," "Van Helsing," "The Fountain" and "Happy Feet" (in voice). The performer will also be seen in the upcoming film version of Les Miserables.
