According to Box Office Mojo, "Frozen" has grossed over $980 million worldwide at the box office since its late-November 2013 release. Disney recently released the sing-along version of the Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe-winning film in 1,000 theatres.

"Frozen" received two Oscar nominations, including Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song ("Let It Go"). The film won a Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature.

In wide release since Nov. 27 the film posted the No. 1 all-time Thanksgiving debut and the largest opening ever for a Walt Disney Animation Studios film.

Directed by Chris Buck ("Tarzan," "Surf's Up") and Jennifer Lee (screenwriter "Wreck-It Ralph") from a screenplay by Lee, the voice cast of the film features Bell ("Forgetting Sarah Marshall," The Crucible), Tony winner Idina Menzel (Wicked, If/Then), Groff (Spring Awakening), Tony Award nominees Gad (The Book of Mormon) and Santino Fontana (Cinderella), Alan Tudyk (Prelude to a Kiss) and Ciarán Hinds (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof). The film uses original songs by husband-and-wife songwriters Robert Lopez (The Book of Mormon, Avenue Q) and Kristen Anderson-Lopez as well as an original score composed by Christophe Beck ("The Muppets").
