News THE SCREENING ROOM: Nicole Scherzinger Sings "The Phantom of the Opera" With Four Phantoms (Video) Nicole Scherzinger, who starred as Maureen Johnson in the 2010 Hollywood Bowl production of Rent, was recently seen at the annual Royal Variety gala in the UK where she sang Phantom of the Opera's title song.

She was joined by four different Phantoms—Simon Bowman, Earl Carpenter, Ramin Karimloo and John Owen-Jones—for the performance, which was introduced by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Scherzinger, a judge on "The X Factor," is also a solo artist and the season 10 winner of "Dancing With the Stars." She is best known as lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls.
