News THE SCREENING ROOM: Patti LuPone Documentary Series "Entrances, Exits, and Everything in Between" Debuts (Video) "Entrances, Exits, and Everything in Between with Patti LuPone," a new Youtube documentary series tracing the on and off-stage life of the two-time Tony Award winner, premiered Oct. 1. LuPone's son, Joshua Johnston, is the series creator.

The premiere episode follows LuPone (Evita, Gypsy, Anything Goes) throughout Italy and other parts of Europe as she performs her cabaret act The Gypsy in My Soul on a cruise ship. Her family comes along for the adventure, which was captured during the summer of 2011.

The second episode of "Entrances, Exits, and Everything in Between with Patti LuPone," will air Oct. 8. Johnston filmed and edited the series.

According to Johnston, "What she and I have collaborated on is our effort to show aspiring performers and fans of the arts what it's like in the shoes of a veteran of the craft: everything from the Sunset lows to the Rainbow Highs of performing, Patti LuPone has seen and lived it all. My intention was to shoot a documentary and not reality TV, and while this is all real, nothing is ever staged or shot twice. With that said, we hope you enjoy watching as much as we have enjoyed living it. Stay tuned for future episodes!"

LuPone recently played a return engagement at the nightlife hot-spot, 54 Below. She will co-star with Debra Winger in the Broadway production of David Mamet's new drama The Anarchist this fall.

LuPone is also among headliners on the 2013 Playbill Broadway On the High Seas Cruise in summer 2013.
