Directed by John Turturro, Relatively Speaking comprises three one-act comedies by Ethan Coen, Elaine May and Woody Allen—Talking Cure, George is Dead and Honeymoon Motel—each springing from different branches of the family tree.
Thomas stars in the cast of George is Dead, in which May “explores the hilarity of death.” The performer joins Lisa Emery, Fred Melamed, Patricia O’Connell and Grant Shaud.
Also in Relatively Speaking, Coen's Talking Cure “uncovers the sort of insanity that can come only from family.” The cast includes Danny Hoch, Katherine Borowitz, Jason Kravits and Fred Melamed.
Allen's Honeymoon Motel “invites you to the sort of wedding day you won’t forget.” The cast features Caroline Aaron, Bill Army, Mark Linn-Baker, Ari Graynor, Steve Guttenberg, Julie Kavner, Jason Kravits, Richard Libertini and Grant Shaud.
Thomas has also been seen on Broadway in The Shadow Box, Social Security, Thieves and A Highland Fling. She won the Emmy Award for her work on "Nobody's Child." To watch the interview with Thomas on "The Today Show," look below:
