News THE SCREENING ROOM: University of Mississippi Laramie Project Cast Thanks Big Fish Actors for Support (Video) Cast members from the University of Mississippi production of The Laramie Project, who were disrupted during their Oct. 1 performance by homophobic slurs from audience members, created a video message to thank the cast of Broadway's Big Fish for their support.

As previously reported, the Oct. 1 performance of University of Mississippi's production of Moisés Kaufman and the Tectonic Theater Project's The Laramie Project, based on the 1998 murder of University of Wyoming gay student Matthew Shepard, was disrupted by a group of college football players, who called out homophobic slurs from the audience.
