Former Spice Girl Melanie C joined the young cast of School of Rock on the West End for a performance of “Wannabe” March 16. The surprise appearance comes just weeks after fellow Spice Girl Mel B unexpectedly broke character during her last performance as Roxie Hart in Broadway’s Chicago to sing a snippet from the hit song.
Andrew Lloyd Webber's School of Rock began performances in London October 24, 2016, prior to an official opening November 14 at the New London Theatre.

Mel B joined Chicago on Broadway for an eight-week limited engagement December 28, 2016–February 19, 2017.
